Hi I'm a single mom of 3 children and my washing machine has broken. I have cleared all the pipes checked the filter and pump but it won't run any cycle and the door remains locked even when it's switched off.

If anyone is any good at fixing washers can you get in touch please. I don't have much money until Thursday but I need this fixing asap many thanks
