excellent condition, hardly used. kids not interested in it so its in the way now. dimensions are h-31" w-48" (4ft) d-24" (2ft), need it gone as soon as possible, was asking 30 but now 25 or open to sensible offers, will need the legs taking off it for it to be taken away as wont get through doorways assembled. we can do that no problems. cradley heath by train station, really need it gone now, well worth the money was originally sold in shop for 60 so getting a bargain
