Unlocked to any sim card in mint condition and is pay as you go not a contract phone I had it of the bay 6 months ago and never had a problem with it it has always been in a heavy duty case hence it's still like brand new comes with original box and charger only selling as treated myself to the bigger version. I WILL REMOVE THE ADD WHEN SOLD
