Large Antique / Vintage metal deed box .
Circa 1940s
Made by Hepburn & Cocks of Chancery Lane London
The box measures 19" wide x 13.5" high x 15" deep
The metal box has a lift up brass latch to the front door and a brass name plate inside.
Generally the box is in decent condition for its age , it has got light surface rust in places so it will need tidying up .
