My current property is in Quarry bank, located within walking distance of Cradley Heath train station and Merry hill shopping centre, A 2 bedroom Semi detached house with front and rear gardens, downstairs wc, lounge diner, kitchen leading out onto a slabbed patio area which has been gated/fenced from the lawn. There is a brick build shed and outhouse/utility building with electricity/lighting. It currently houses my dryer and chest freezer .
Upstairs leads to Master bedroom front facing, leading to bathroom with bath/shower sink and wc leading to 2 spacious double bedroom rear facing.

I'm only looking to exchange with a Dudley Met Coucil housing tennant, unfortunately no other any housing association or other LA housing please.

I'm looking to move ASAP once contracts are exchanged as I'm looking to be closer to family members who are based locally to Dudley wood/Saltwells.
