We currently have a position available for a care assistant to join our team, working with a disabled lady who lives in her own flat, to ensure she can carry on living independtly. She has cerebral palsy, and is confined to a wheelchair, she uses a hoist for transferring, use of this would be advantageous, You will be required to provide personal care, and all aspects of daily tasks, from cooking, feeding, cleaning, washing etc.
The shifts we have available are:
Wednesday - 9.30pm - 8.00am
Thursday - 5.30pm - 9.30pm
Friday - 5.30pm - 9.30pm
Sunday - 5.30pm - 9.30pm
Pay dependant on age and experience.
Driver is desirable as lady has her own car, you will also be required to cover holidays and staff illness.
Crb/DBS Will be required.
6 month trial leading to permanent position.
