Experienced or highly motivated individual who would like to work as Bookings Consultant and a good team player.

You will be target driven with a strong sales focus, duties to include:

To work in a proactive way with both clients and candidates, utilising available workers to the maximum capacity.
Receiving calls from existing clients to book potential workers
Contacting candidates to fill bookings.
Reporting figures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Developing a database of new clients and opportunities for our work force
Cross selling workers skills to existing client database
Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;
building relationships with clients;
developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture;
liaise with recruiters to advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media (e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines);

To become familiar with the use of all computer applications
Undertake any other duties consistent with the objectives of the post, as required by the Management

Block Bookings - to promote and place staff when requested. Experience in a sale environment Positive attitude with the drive and determination and self motivation to achieve success. Strong Multi Tasking Skills Ambitious. Outgoing personality Strong understanding of the healthcare industry preferred, but not essential. Strong IT skills with an understanding of database management.

Salary: £7.50 /hour
