The masionette is in a most pleasantly situated in a sought after residential location enjoying very nice open aspects over the tree lined green area and handily placed for a range of general amenities including local Shops,Supermarkets,Library, excellent schools and public transport services & you also have the River Stour close by.

The masionette have had fitted carpets all the way throught and i have recently had the back garden cleared of rubbish and overgrown bushes/brambles as the last tenant who lived here before me left the garden to rack/ruin for nearly 4 years & it was in a right state..the only downside about this masionette it has a small kitchen with a larder in the corner of the room but i manage it.
