I am wanting to swap this scooter as my nan is only small and the seat is to high also her fingers are sour so she can not ride with the handles, this mobility scooter is in perfect condition and only been used twice. It has to be 8 miles an hour as this is the same if not swapped then £300 I want for it thanks for viewing.
