Had a screen protector on since day 1. Only had it 4 months. Got a couple of scuffs on sides and cracks in screen protector (not the actually screen. Screen is in mint condition)
Comes with original box, sim pin. No charger but can include a standard lead if wanted but no plug.
No earphones included due to hygiene.
Will be reset to factory settings and iCloud clear.
