I'm looking for a 2 bed house with a garden for me and my friend,who I look after as he has autism,adhd and an acquired brain injury as well as ptsd.he gets esa and pip benefit,do you must accept dss.i also get esa benefit as I also suffer with anxiety,depression and ptsd.rent will be paid to landlord direct via housing benefits.we can afford up to £450 a month rent in a property with my friend as the main tenant.housing benefit will be paying up to £400.so the rest will be made up by us.we would like a terraced house. We also need to be aloud a car and a snake and we would like to use the zero deposit scheme.we do smoke but would be happy to smoke outside if you would like no smoking on your property. We just need someone to give us a chance as we want a new start in a new area.
