As a Telephony Customer Service agent you will be expected to support customers, build relationships and offer the best customer experience possible over the phone in a busy call centre environment.
Customer Service Agents that join the company will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £10.02 per hour. The role offers genuine opportunities for career progression with a pay progression increase to £10.56 after 6 months, dependent on performance.
There is an uplift in pay for any unsociable hours worked.
Hours of work are operating between (Apply online only) Monday - Sunday. You will work 35 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, with 2 non-working days per week.
You will be required to work 4 weekend days over an 8-week period.
