We are currently recruiting for a confident, professional Sales Administrator for a successful manufacturing company in Lye, Stourbridge
Main duties of the role are:
* Prepare and assist in the preparation of all drawings and quotations.
* Assume daily office responsibilities.
* Discuss the opening of new accounts with the Credit Controller and with the Directors. Liase with the Directors where special terms of payment are required.
* Respond to telephone, fax and e-mail enquiries.
* Liase with customers at all levels.
* Advise on the application and limitations of the Company's products.
* Check order acknowledgements ensuring that all details are correct in accordance with customer order requirements with respect to specification, price, delivery and account.
* Follow up all new sales leads.
* Visit UK and overseas customers to discuss enquiries and orders.
* Actively seek new outlets for all products.
