We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for our well-established client in the West Midlands, the role will involve travel to multiple sites across the UK
 
Quantity Surveyor As Quantity Surveyor you will need to have/be: RICS or BSC qualifications
5 Years plus quantity surveying experience
Pre and Post contact experience
Experience in working on Residential, Commercial and industrial projects A hunger and passion for construction A strong understanding of the developments and projects Able to see and identify development opportunities
Lead and manage projects
Able to build relationships
Good at problem solving
 
Details:
Salary: £35,000.00, £50,000.00 per annum DEO
Hours: Full Time
Location: West Midlands and surrounding
Duration: Permanent
