George has been missing from the Wollescote area since 23/04/2019 with several sightings. He has been spotted in Wollescote, Amblecote and Norton (being the most recent sighting)

George is roughly 15/16 years old and is an Alexandrine parakeet. This is a LARGE GREEN BIRD with a black ring around his neck and burgundy patches on his wings. Alexandrine parakeets are almost 1m long thanks to an enormous tail! He is wearing a RED leg ring on his left leg. He can't talk but he certainly doesn't shut up and chatters a lot so you'd be more likely to hear him than see him

George escaped with his partner in crime, Kona. She has since been found and returned home and was found in Amblecote 3 days after they escaped. She is missing him terribly and hasn't been the same since she came back without him

At this point I do believe that somebody may have taken him in as he is a friendly bird. If that is the case then please hand him back. There are unscrupulous folk out there that know the worth of one of these birds and may think they could sell him for a bit of cash too. Obviously I am anxious to get him home
