Lexmoto tommy scooter 2014..8 months mot...have key and v5c green slip..taken as non running part ex...engine turns over ,just doesnt run..panels in decent condition for a scooter...will need work to get up and running again..or ideal projeect or good for spare parts...can deliver after viewing..
