Simple to use just fill the water tank insert the capsule and put cup under dispenser and drink is dispensed in a minute. The empty capsules are stored in machine and emptied easily. No fuss no mess. Lavazza coffee is best quality you can get cheaper imitation capsules that are compatible with machine but for the sake of a pound or so would not recommend.
Looks great on kitchen work surface and does not take up much room. Coffee smells great.
