My client Walsall Council are looking for HGV class 2 drivers to work within the refuse department.

ADHOC hours: We can't guarentee candidates will be offered a full 37 hours work every week, hours per week may fluctuate relating to busy/quiet periods and the needs of the business.

Drivers can expect to work a maximum of 4 days per week, normal hours are 6.30 to 16.30 but you will be required to carry out a 15 minute check on the vehicle before and after the shift, which you will be able to claim for.

Qualification:

* Full driving licence - Category C Minimum

* Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) - DQC card holder

Main purpose of the job role:

* Day to day delivery of operational, front line services including waste and recycling, street cleansing, grounds maintenance operations.
