Salisbury Poultry (Midlands) Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant/Advisor to join our team at our poultry processing facility in Bilston, West Midlands.

This role will be a fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Job Purpose:

The HR Assistant/Advisor alongside HR Manager will provide an effective and efficient administrative and advisory support to all Salisbury Poultry employees during the whole employee life cycle.

The role holder will be first point of contact for all HR related queries and assists in ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered too, ensuring fairness across working practices and help deliver the HR strategy.
