Looking to swap my 3 bedroom house in Brierley Hill for somewhere in Kingswinford or Wordsley.

I've only lived there for 9 months and gutted it from top to bottom.

The kitchen is a kitchen / diner, with room for a table and 6 chairs.

The bedrooms are all of a decent size. With a family bathroom upstairs and a WC down stairs.

The front drive is block paved and big enough for 2 cars. The back garden is approx 50ft by 20ft.
