Impressive sound, plenty of power
I have one of these that I use as my keyboard rig amp, and also as my monitor on stage. The sound is clean, rich, full, and when need be, LOUD. I've also teamed it up with one of my custom built subwoofers (sub powered by a Crest ProLite 3.0 DSP), and, well, WOW! is the only word that comes to mind. For small gigs, these stand up very well on their own -- I think the sound as good or better than the costlier QSC K12s and anything that JBL has to offer at twice the price! I'll soon be replacing the 15" cabinets in my PA with ZLX12s, to save weight and greatly improve the sound. close
