I am currently seeking an experienced Deputy manager who has experience working in a Residential home for Children with emotional behavioural difficulties or an experienced Senior support worker who is looking to step up.

This is an exciting time to work for an established care company with a leader that is renowned for providing outstanding care for looked after children. You will be required to have a knowledge of :Working in a residential setting for Children with emotional behavioural difficulties, Ofsted regulations, Staff management and safeguarding.

The home will have capacity to support between 4 and 5 young people who have experienced significant trauma in their lives and require support around: Mental health needs, Substance misuse, Challenging behaviour, Absconding, Therapeutic care, Boundaries, Education and employment.
