We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor role working for the RAC based in the Bescot Area in Walsall. The RAC is one of the UK's biggest and most well-recognised companies operating in the Motoring industry. Their office in Bescot is ideally located for workers who commute by both public and private transport, thank to its large, free on-site parking, as well as it's proximity to both a bus stop and train station which has regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.
We are currently working for an inbound advisor to work on the Breakdown department for the RAC. This is a fast paced role where you will be speaking to existing members of the RAC who have a broken down vehicle and are now looking for support and assistance. The daily duties of this position are as follows:
-Answering inbound calls from existing RAC members
-Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service
