In a used but good condition.this is not new dose have some wear some patches will need a clean I have not had this long only 2 weeks a friend brought it to use but found out he can't tow so we have to sell we have give it a good clean just don't have enough time to do it properly Comes complete with awning. Kitchen is detachable and can be placed where you desire. 2 burner hob and sink Has two bedrooms .Been re water proofed 6 weeks ago in 7.5 litres of fabsil. 100% water tight. Also had new lights.put on has small number of holes in front door but has been patched up with proper stuff does not effect the use. Wouldn't cost a lot to have a large piece of canvas sowed over the top of it. Not long had new wheels and tyres jockey wheel is missing still very light to move £200 no offers
