About the opportunity... We are recruiting for an Asset Manager to join our expanding Portfolio team at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall. As an Asset Manager, you will be working as part of a team, reporting into the Head of Portfolio Management. This role is solely involved in all negotiations of the current leases and assets within the UK Retail portfolio.
What you'll be doing... As an Asset Manager, your duties will consist of:

Identifying and negotiate lease renewals  with current landlords to add value where possible
Review and present financial evaluations, market trends and forecasts
Assisting with the portfolio strategy, bringing innovative ideas to maximise cost reduction across the portfolio
Developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Managing and supporting external advisors with all legal compliance ensuring effective implementation of our leasing objectives
