the jacket it a 4XL but im a 2Xl and fits me perfect (always have to go up in sizes) also has thermal removable inner jacket and the trousers are a 40 which also fit me perfect as im a 38R has removable thermal inner trousers so will fit over work clothes when removed the jacket and trousers have an attachment zip on the back so it becomes an all in 1 fully waterproof with loads of pockets im 6ft 2"
