Only thing that is wrong is that the lock button has worn out and no longer works. This is cheap to repair however I just used assisted touch to lock the phone. Oil got through the screen a year ago, as seen in picture a slight discolouration not noticeable at all and has not effected the iPhone in any way it's works perfectly.
