hi im looking for a 3 bedroom property to rent must accept housing benefit .im currently in a 2 bedroom house but landlord wants house back for family member and have been given my notice which is up 30th of July. i have to little boys and a newborn on the way in desperate need of a property. council have agreed to pay deposit or first months rent if you can help me please get in touch needs to be in the walsall area not far from birchills as my son is in nursery there and dont want to take him out thank you
