Both of these powered desks are the British Studiomaster
Powerhouse ( 8 channel)
One of them i've used for 15 years and the other has stood in a friend's
bedroom for most of it's life.

Most mixers that stand unused get loads of niggly problems and
this one has some -
The line in jacks are dirty inside and give an intermiittent
signal. Electrical spray helps but they really need cleaning by hand.

My other desk - (the one I've used regular) has one channel down and the sound goes of
the right channel sometimes.

In short - they both need a good internal clean and service.
A fellow band member recomends removing woking parts from one to the other
and make one good unit. For that you would need to be able to solder correctly.

You can try both mixers with my EV speakers or Hisys 2 speakers ( daytime only)

As everyone on Used Walsall seems to be short of cash - I will consider
other music stuff in p/x or maybe a straight swap.
