One first floor room to rent in a quiet, shared house in Dudley. The room is fully furnished and has its own fridge, there are two shared shower room on the first floor of the property to share with 3 other tenants and a shared kitchen on the ground floor which is shared with the rest of the house.
A deposit of one month's rent is required or a council bond and a month's rent in advance. We do accept tenants on benefits but it depends on the circumstances and would only accept if the rent is paid directly to ourselves.
