Modern and innovative children's home located within the Kidderminster is looking for friendly, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team on a full time or relief basis.
Experience is desired but not required as all training will be provided however a positive approach, common sense and full driving licence are essential.
You will be working in a relaxed, supportive and professional setting providing a safe homely environment for young people age 10-17 with challenging behaviour.
Duties include implementation of structure, firm boundaries, organising and participating in activities, attending meetings, cooking, cleaning, transporting and administrative duties. The position requires shift work including sleep ins. Post is subject to successful references and a DBS check.
Salary range from £15-17,500 plus additional payments for Sleeping in duties and bank Holidays
