EASY precision Debris Extraction of machined swarf, separation of required parts...
The required parts above 2 grams weight will remain in the main "Catch" area of the extractor box.
The unwanted swarf debris is sucked from the Catch Box into your chosen Vacuum Cleaner.
The removed/extracted material is separated by a reduced air speed in the main chamber of the Baffle-Separator Box, thus allowing heavier parts to drop the the Catch-Box floor, where as the lighter swarf debris continues into the vacuum cleaner for easy disposal.
This device is especially useful when machining Brass, which is messy & can lead to painful splinters/shards & inflamed fingers etc.
After 6 months of using my own Mini-Lathe, I got tired of cleaning it, and the mess on the floors etc.
The Vacuum-Extractor device ensures The Lathe is always spotless without a spec of debris on the lathe bed.
The Vacuum Extractor also removes cutting lubricants/oils from the lathe cutting tips as it cuts. These liquids end up in the bottom of the Extractor catch-Box & not in the vacuum cleaner cylinder.
The Extractor-Box can be easily wiped, rinsed clear.
Set-up on your Mini-Lathe will likely take just a few minutes.

Vacuum Extractor consists of:
**Baffled / Separator Box + Output Flange - to be connected to your chosen vacuum cleaner tube.
**Input suction nozzle + adjustable tube sections - adjustable tube length & direction, to locate under & behind the cut area during machining operations.
**Note: There is now a Handle fitted to the Separator-Box lid.
