One large ground floor room to rent in a quiet, shared house in Dudley. The room is fully furnished and has its own fridge, there is a shared shower room which you share with one other person and a shared kitchen on the ground floor which is shared with the rest of the house.
A deposit of one month's rent is required and a month's rent in advance. We do accept tenants on benefits but it depends on the circumstances and would only accept if the rent is paid directly to ourselves.
