This comfortable self-contained property is situated in a private location enjoying a huge grass garden with laws and shrubs/trees/flowers - garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue provided.

Plas Emu is situated within 10-minutes walk to the European Blue Flag award winning beach and is within an easy stroll to Criccieth's shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Criccieth 18 hole golf course is within easy reach as is the famous 13th century Castle.

Local tourist attractions include the Italianate village at Portmeirion, the Welsh Highland Railway, as well as the Lleyn Peninsula and the stunning scenery of Snowdonia.

There are plenty of activities in the area including golf, sailing, fishing, quad biking, go-karting, cinema and plenty of beaches nearby.

Ample private parking -please note that the drive is shared with next door.

A single fold away "Z" bed is also available ,if required.

Duvets and pillows provided FREE - please note that the duvets in the 2 singles bedroom are doubles + a "Super-King" duvet can be provided on request.

Bed linen can be provided at an extra premium.
