n order to present right people to our clients, we have to make sure that You are qualified before we send you .

If you don't have any experience but want to get in this sector and work for a reputable Care Home, you will have to go through an intensive training to get your certificates before we may be able to send you for the interview.

** The training takes 3 days and is SELF-FUNDED covering 15 Mandatory Units that you have to complete set by CQC (Care Quality Commission).

We have 25+ clients around West Midland s area and 95% placement rat e after the 1st interview .

The job itself is direct with the company (NO AGENCY WORK).
When it comes to the domiciliary positions we have, you will be given a specific area to cover and all your clients will be in and around that specific area meaning you won't be spending large parts of the day travelling between clients.The positions are permanent and you will be on a fixed 37.5 hour contract unless you require part time work which is also an option.

Salary depends on experience.

Requirements

Previous experience and qualifications in the health care industry are preferred but not essential ( Training )*
Right to work in the UK
Able to pass DBS check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ongoing training to Care Certificate level. (self funded)
