Its a low rise block, two floors of maisonettes, does have off road parking, first come first serve basis. Right next to a shop and chippy. Council office and lauderette across the road. Several primary schools, parks, pubs, play centres, canal and merry hill within walking distance.
Quiet block, friendly neighbours.
