The flat is located in langley, Oldbury, b68, in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking around the cul-de-sac. The flats are 2 floors high, 1 ground floor & 1 first floor per building which also backs onto direct access to a large communal fenced off garden from the kitchen.

What we are looking for;
We are looking to swap for a 2+ bedroom house ideally with a garden regardless of whether its grassed or paved throughout that will allow pets and we are looking for Langley, Oldbury or very close surrounding areas.

We can only swap with housing association or council tenants
We are with a housing association and pay £95.36 per week for this flat.
