The room is on the first floor of a large and quiet house. The available bedroom is a single, it is bright and airy, furnished and has its own shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor of the property. Heating and hot water is included in the rental however there is a meter in the bedroom for any additional electrical goods that you require in your bedroom.
