We require experienced door supervisors to work in our established, long term contracted venues in and around Birmingham and the West Midlands area.

You must have excellent customer facing communication skills, be extremely smart and presentable in appearance.

We have full and part time positions available and you can be either self employed or PAYE.

Roles and responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running and operation of the venues.
Ensure that patrons have a positive experience in a safe environment
Observing the behaviour of patrons in venues and maintain the venues code of practice .
Have a positive working relationship with the venues management.
Requirements

Valid SIA door supervisor badge .
Have full working rights in the UK
Smart clothing ( Black suit , white shirt , black shoes )
Preferably 1 or more years experience working on the doors.
Calm but assertive manner.

Working experience of at least one year in a door supervisory role.
An extremely smart and presentable appearance.
A calm temperament and the ability to communicate with ease.
Excellent presence and the ability to deal with conflict situations.
The skills to be friendly and polite whilst being assertive and professional.
