We are looking for a self employed, experienced carpenter to join our team of electricians, plasterers and plumbers!

We are a busy property maintenance company based in kingswinford.

The ideal candidate needs to be self employed with a UTR number as all payments will be made via CIS (construction industry scheme)

***Must have transport and own tools***

Must have proven experience in working alone and good customer service skills as they will effectively be representing the company while on site.

80% of work will be domestic.

The work will vary in size and skills set required, therefore the ideal candidate must be willing to think and work outside the box.

You will not be hanging doors, fitting skirting and building partition walls on a daily basis, you could be asked to hang curtain poles, box in pipes, construct decking along with a much wider service list.

If you're a carpenter that only wants to stick to carpentry orientated work, this is not for you!

If you are a carpenter that enjoys doing other work and doesn't mind smaller none carpentry based tasks (paid for at the same rates) then this is for you!
