minor scuff to corner of drawer front, and 1 screw fitting is exposed on the inside of the where the drawer slides into. This is not seen and it does not affect the cot in anyway apart from cosmetically. It is on the internal wall for the drawer frame not the outer cot frame, but then the drawer frame is screwed onto the cot frame so it really does not affect the cots sturdiness at all. This happened when we assembled it and if for 1 second we thought it was unsafe we would not have used it for our granddaughter

This is because some buyers have messed us around with not being in when we deliver at an agreed time, and then on 2 occasions weve had people trying to re-negotiate the agreed price with one lady asking us (actually begging us) to take £22 for an item that was £55 with delivery saying it was all the money she had, then asked if she could have for free as could then use the £22 for food for her children. This was a awful situation and I had to just put the item back in the car and drive off in the end. So I hope this explains why we now say ....... yes we are happy to deliver within 10miles ONLY of WV14 as long as .... a small charge is paid to cover our fuel and the item itself is paid for prior to delivery.
