I am looking for Roofline/Building Extensions/Loft Conversion companies starting out who Need More Work.

OK I am looking for individuals in the building trades who may need my work as the work is very sporadic and you need to be working. I have family members who have been in the building trades for over 80 years in total combined and so I know the problems faced.

Here is a brief overview of how we can benefit each other and how I can help you:

1. I shall allocate your own designed area.
2. Provide unique leads that are generated via social media and you are NOT in competition with other companies as is the case with many online compare sites that sent leads out to a number of builders to quote on. Often causing problems for the customer.
3. I shall develop your own online marketing program to develop a brand in your local area. I would expect that over time to give the leading companies at least a run for their money of totally dominate your niche in your area.

In order to be considered for the above I require the following from you.

A. No adverse testimonials (ask for clarification}
B. You can supply an operational or registered address
C. You can supply me with past or future photo and videos of jobs undertaken successfully.
D. You provide genuine testimonials.
E. You shall be available via phone/email at least to qualify.
F. You pride yourself in being 100% honest and reliable and different to the industry stereotype.

In return for the vast amount of time that it will take to achieve my objectives I require a percentage of the total job price (not profit) ask for more details should you qualify.

My primary industries that I am particularly interested in working with are Roofline and Loft Conversions although will consider other associated trades if the applicant has more than what I require as listed above.
