8 mph Mobility Scooter , Spares or Repair , Worked when I bought it back a few years ago , not tried since as last owner wanted to keep his batteries and I've lost the key (lol). Battery panel is missing under seat and freewheel doesnt engage (been stood) and seat doesnt lock in position. Ideal cheapo to get someone mobile or ideal for engine conversion. Will take 50 notes on it no less , I can get that for the motor if I stripped it. Will also swap for something , try me.
