Here we have for sale my late 2002 Corolla T Sport , factory fitted with Toyota's 2ZZ-GE engine.

I have owned this car for 5 years. In this time I have lavished it with time and money, renewing or upgrading parts to bring back or enhance it to its best. All the work has been carried out by myself a IMI level 3 mechanic.

The car is MOTd until March 2019

Factory Options
The Corolla T Sport comes with the following items factory fitted , Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm. ( reduces Insurance Significantly ) Remote Central Locking, Power Steering, Climate Control, Leather Seats, Electric Windows & Mirrors.

Engine
The Corolla T Sport comes fitted with Toyota's race derived 190 bhp 2ZZ-GE engine. This engine is a 1ZZ short block with a head designed by Yamaha. The engine is a VVTLI engine so has variable valve timing with lift. Lift is a electronic valve that opens at 6200rpm moving the cam timing up until the 8000+ redline releasing more power.

This engine has a KnN 57i and Stainless Steel exhaust fitted.

Transmission
The 190bhp produced by the engine is transferred through a recently fitted AISIN ( OEM Quality ) clutch to a 6 speed gearbox. Whilst fitting the new clutch both master and slave cylinder were replaced. All the fluids were also replaced, Dot 4 clutch fluid and Motul 75w-90 gearbox oil.

Fitted with a genuine TRD short shifter and billet gear knob teamed with brass gear shift bushes you can be assured a fast selection when required.

Handling
To improve handling strut braces have been fitted to both the front and rear removing the body flex you get from turning a humble Corolla into a hot hatch

The car also has a set of Tein Street Basis adjustable coilovers with bilstein camber bolts and shortened drop links.

Power is put down to the road through 17 inch ZVC alloy wheels fitted with nearly new Firestone Firehawk SZ90M Tires

Braking
The brakes on the T Sport are larger from factory and for road use are more than adequate, as such the disks and pads were replaced with standard items in 2018 with only the pads being upgraded to Brembo pads.
