Static caravan is a ABI COLORADO. 8 berth caravan 36 feet long by 12 feet wide. Located on the Brynowen Holiday Park in Borth near Aberystwyth. Caravan park is open all year round and has no age restriction. It can be rented out for profit or even lived in all year round. Dog's are welcome on site. The site is only a 5 minute walk from the Borth blue flag beach. On site there is a indoor swimming pool, arcade, shop and club with live entertainment. There is a golf course just down the road from the site. The view from the caravan is beautiful you can see the sea and borth zoo. The train station, shops and local pubs are less than ten minute walk away.There is no central heating because it costs too much to run with gas bottles so in the caravan there are electric fan heaters built in which are cheaper to run. There is a gas fire in living room. The caravan is number 37 and it's on the glamorgan part of the park one of the best pitch sites on the park. OR HAVE IT TAKEN OFF THE SITE.
